Overview:

UTD type intelligent float liquid (boundary) level transmitter can be used to measure liquid level, boundary level or density, and output 4 ~ 20mA + HART signal. HART communicator compatible with DLC3000 series intelligent level controller can query, configure, calibrate or test the intelligent level controller. It can also accept the information of a single control loop and can download the information from the field to the control System.


working principle:

UTD type intelligent float liquid level transmitter is composed of imported original DLC3000 series intelligent liquid level controller and measuring room, measuring mechanism, float, torque tube assembly and so on. The change in the liquid level of the measured medium causes the change in the force position of the pontoon. This change is transmitted to the torque tube assembly, which causes the torque tube to rotate synchronously with the core shaft. At the same time, the magnetic steel component fixed on the torsion tube core shaft undergoes rotational displacement, which changes the magnetic field detected by the Hall effect sensor. The sensor converts magnetic field signals into electrical signals. The DLC3000 series intelligent liquid level controller uses the controller and related electronic circuits to measure process variables, provide current output, drive liquid crystal display (LCD), and provide HART communication capabilities. The controller receives the electrical signal that is compensated and linearized by the ambient temperature, and can also compensate for the change in liquid density due to process temperature changes, and outputs and provides a 4-20 mA current output signal. LCD can display analog output, process variable, process temperature (if RTD is installed), torque tube rotation angle and percentage range of variable, etc.

Power supply voltage: 12 ~ 30V DC; reverse polarity protection inside the controller (controller voltage ≥17.75 V DC during HART protocol communication)

Output signal: 4 ~ 20mA DC (positive action—increasing the liquid level, interface or density to increase the output; or negative effect—increasing the liquid level, interface or density to reduce the output)

Measuring range: 300mm ~ 2500mm (can be produced beyond the range)

Nominal pressure: ≤42.0Mpa

Nominal diameter: DN40 or according to household requirements.

Ambient temperature: -40 ℃ ~ + 80 ℃ (when ≤-30 ℃, the LCD has no display)

Working temperature: -70 ℃ ~ + 400 ℃

Measurement accuracy: 0.5 level

Power supply effect: When the power supply changes between the minimum and maximum values of the specified voltage, the output changes <± 0.2% full scale

LCD display: output current signal, process variable, process temperature, percentage range, torque tube rotation angle

Medium density difference: ≥0.08g / cm3
