YFFZ metal tube float flowmeter is an intelligent instrument developed by our company. The flowmeter converts the fluid flow signal into an analog voltage signal and converts it into a 4-20 mA two-wire linear current signal output. It is loaded with HART protocol communication, and has the characteristics of high accuracy, low drift, and strong anti-interference ability. And can realize remote configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and calibration of the instrument. Can achieve production process measurement, supervision and management.
The medium flow generates a lift effect on the float. When the lift received by the float is in equilibrium with the gravity of the float, the float stays at a certain position, and the measured medium flow can be measured by measuring the position of the float. As shown in Figure 1, the built-in magnetic steel of the float is coupled with the magnetic steel on the axis of the angular displacement sensor. The up and down movement of the float drives the angular displacement sensor to rotate, outputs a 4-20 mA current signal, and converts it into a flow value. It consists of two parts, which can be divided into vertical installation and horizontal installation according to the connection method.
