YFLD type electromagnetic flowmeter is an electromagnetic induction type flow measuring instrument, which is used to measure the volume flow of various conductive liquids. The measured media include acids, alkalis, salts and other highly corrosive liquids, and pulp, mud, pulp, waste water , Seawater and solid-liquid two-phase fluid. This product is mainly used in petrochemical, steel, electric power, metallurgy, textile, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking and other industries, as well as in municipal environmental protection, water conservancy and other fields.

working principle:

The working principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. That is: when the conductor moves in a cutting magnetic field in a magnetic field, an induced electromotive force is generated in the conductor, and the induced electromotive force UE is: UE = BDV where UE: induced voltage

V: conductor cutting magnetic field velocity (average velocity)

When measuring the flow, the liquid flows through a magnetic field perpendicular to the flow direction. The flow of the conductive liquid induces a voltage proportional to the average flow rate (that is, the volume flow rate). The induced voltage signal is detected by two electrodes that are in direct contact with the liquid. , And sent to the amplifier, and then converted into a standard signal output.

The YFLD type electromagnetic flowmeter consists of a sensor and a signal converter. According to the structure type, it is divided into two types: flange connection type (LD1 type, see Figure 2) and plug-in type (LD2 type, see Figure 3). According to the converter and sensor The assembly form can be divided into two types of integrated structure and split type structure.
