Working principle:

The measuring part of the UQD floating ball liquid level transmitter is composed of a floating ball, a balance rod and a balance weight, which is a torque balancing mechanism, so the floating ball can rise and fall freely as the liquid level changes. When the liquid level changes, the position of the floating ball changes accordingly. The main shaft is driven to rotate by the club. The angular displacement sensor in the controller and the main shaft mesh with the gear to convert the change in the liquid level into a corresponding electrical signal. The electronic circuit inside the device converts this signal into a standard current signal that is proportional to the liquid level change.
